Please come to Village Hall for a hearing on our challenge to the Building Department's assertion that the 19 Livingston developments fits within the uses for which the lot is zoned. It does not because the lot is in MDR-1 district which includes only 1,2,or3-family dwelling units. The 19 livingston development includes two buildings of 6 units each. In addition, it violates the code in terms of massing/bulk and view preservation.
